The spiritual leaders of their Chapters, Chaplains are awe-inspiring warrior priests who administer rites, preserve rituals and perform ancient ceremonies of initiation, vindications and redemption that are as important to a Space Marine Chapter as its roll of honour or skill at arms. Labouring through the air on buzzing turbines and driven by the trapped essence of a Nurgle Daemon, the Foetid Bloat-drone drifts toward the enemy like an armoured plague fly. This hideous war engine bears monstrous weapons onto the battlefield to annihilate the enemies of the Death Guard. Clad in rusting plates of rot-iron armour, their hulls overflowing with flabby foulness, Foetid Bloat-drones can withstand ferocious amounts of punishment and still keep fighting. They are designed to hover in close, drifting lazily through the most treacherous of terrain to provide supporting fire. This multi-part plastic kit contains the components necessary to assemble a Foetid Bloat-drone. A huge, intimidating amalgamation of machine and rotting meat, the front of the model is dominated by a carapace which can be assembled as 1 of 3 options – one featuring a Nurgle symbol picked out in skulls, one featuring the symbol carved into the carapace, and one featuring a hideous toothed maw covered in pustules, tentacles and hoses dangling from within. It comes armed with 2 plague spitters and a plague probe; whichever carapace you pick, the plague spitters can be replaced with either a heavy blight launcher or a flesh mower (which looks as utterly ghastly as it sounds…) The back of the model is a riot of horrendous detail, with obscenely stretched skin spilling over the metal structures that barely contain it The kit comes as 44 components, and is supplied with a Citadel 60mm Round base.

Their most notable feature is their dimensional destabilisation matrix - a phase shifter that allows them to skip in and out of reality. While originally designed to allow a Canoptek Wraith to reach into and repair solid machinery, the dimensional destabilisation matrix is no less valuable when dealing with intruders. A Canoptek Wraith can phase its claws and tendrils inside an opponent, swiftly resolidifying them to sever arteries, nerve clusters and other vital pathways without leaving an external mark to show for it. There's always going to be an enemy unit that's going to mess with your strategy, and the Canoptek Wraiths are ideal for taking down that unit. Because of their speed and their ability to move undeterred through terrain (quite literally), the Canoptek Wraiths can soon hunt down the most irritating models within your enemy's army, no matter where they're hiding, ensuring that your well-calculated plans are brought back into line. This multi-part plastic boxed set contains 135 components with which to build 3 Necron Canoptek Wraiths. This set comes with 3 Citadel 40mm Round bases.

While armies numbering millions clash on battlefields spread across a thousand worlds, specialised teams of elite operatives are dispatched on dangerous missions to accomplish vital objectives from the shadows. These kill teams, as they are known, are picked from the most capable and independent of their kind, using strange and esoteric skills to achieve what a mighty army could not. The new edition of Warhammer 40,000: Kill Team has been redesigned from the ground up as the greatest tabletop skirmish experience yet, seeing teams of experienced operatives engage in vicious close-quarters combat as they race to complete their missions. In this book you'll find the complete rules for playing Kill Team as well as a host of missions to embark on, lore covering the grim darkness of the 41st Millennium, and insight on the factions vying for dominance among the shadows. The Book This 144-page book is the ultimate companion for kill team commanders, containing all the knowledge you need to collect, build, paint, and play in the world of Warhammer 40,000: Kill Team. Ten Thousand Years of War The book opens with a summary of the 41st Millennium’s history, including details on the Imperium’s massive military might and the forces they encounter in their ceaseless wars across the galaxy. It also introduces kill teams, the squads players command in the course of the game, and details their continued deployment across myriad war zones throughout the galaxy. Core Rules The first rules section contains the core concepts you need to start fighting battles in Kill Team, including the tools required, phases of play, and operative datasheets. Killzones Here you'll find rules and guidance on how terrain interacts with your games, including example board arrangements, as well as rules governing movement around, over, and through your scenery. Ways to Play Once you've got the basics squared away, find out all about the three core ways to play the game and the missions you can undertake. Open Play A free-form style of play suitable for those new to Kill Team, and a perfect place to practice in a relaxed mission environment. It’s not just for newer players, though, as experienced commanders can use the included mission creation rules to craft thematic and expansive games fit for the most hardened veterans. Matched Play As the most mechanically balanced style of play, matched play games are a chance for commanders to pit themselves against their opponents in battles of tactical skill and turn-by-turn decisions. With each kill team using only the core weapons and equipment on their datasheet, players will need to plan ahead to outsmart their foe and claim victory. Spec Ops Narrative Play The narrative campaigns detailed in the brand new Spec Ops rules allow you to take your kill team from a band of raw recruits to experienced veterans, earning accolades and special skills along the way. As teams complete objectives and earn rewards – even against opponents not participating in a Spec Ops campaign – decisions made will impact the future of your operatives and turn regular games into a rich narrative experience full of cinematic moments. Critical Operations Mission Pack A selection of 9 exciting missions designed to be balanced for matched play games, but equally playable in open play and Spec Ops narrative play games. Tac Ops A suite of selectable secondary objectives used across a number of mission types. Tac Ops are hidden from your opponent, so commanders can decide on their strategy ahead of time while watching out for their foe’s actions on the battlefield. Appendix The book closes out with a handy reference section packed with special rules and abilities, as well as an overview of the different tokens, counters, and accessories used in games of Kill Team.

The Knight Preceptor is a Questoris-class close-ranged powerhouse. Its design is intended to exemplify the core tenets of the Code Chivalric in battle: close with the enemy in honourable range, engage them with sufficient force to show respect for their fortitude, and kill them quickly and cleanly in the Emperor’s name. To this end, they are armed with a reaper chainsword or thunderstrike gauntlet and the rare and terrifying las-impulsor. Canis Rex is a notable Knight Preceptor, who escaped the tortures of the Iron Warriors and has punished the scions of chaos with vehemence and fury ever since. This multi-part plastic kit contains the components necessary to build a Knight Preceptor. This is a serious bit of kit – it contains an entire Imperial Knight Warden kit, along with an extra 37 components which upgrade the basic Knight into the Preceptor – and, optionally, the specific named Preceptor Canis Rex. These components can be broken down as follows: - A frame of Imperial Knight carapace components, including the carapace itself, engine block assembly, shoulder pads, shoulder joints, 2 sets of carapace heraldry and a heavy stubber; - A frame of Imperial Knight leg components, including the leg and feet assemblies, greaves, waist assembly, chestplates, 2 faceplates, a pennant, tilting plate and armour plates for the knees and groin; - A frame of Imperial Knight weapons, including a thermal cannon, rapid-fire battlecannon, heavy stubber, 2 alternate faceplates, and torso assembly; - An Imperial Knight Warden frame, including a thunderstrike gauntlet, avenger gatling cannon, carapace mounted twin icarus autocannon, carapace mounted missile launcher with the choice of either ironstorm, shieldbreaker, or stormspear missile pods, meltagun, 3 alternate faceplates, and tilting plate. Using those frames to build the basic Imperial Knight structure with either a reaper chainsword or thunderstrike gauntlet, the following is used to complete the Knight Preceptor: - A frame of Knight Preceptor components, including the las-impulsor assembly, a unique faceplate, a multi-laser which mounts just beneath the left-front of the carapace, an alternate piece of heraldry for the carapace, 6 wolf head gargoyles, a knee pad with sculpted sword and chain, a cockpit assembly – this fits within the carapace, and can be modelled open to show the throne and control panels along with, if you choose, the seated pilot; a pilot on foot, carrying a power pack; and a unique tilting plate and pennant specific to the named Knight Canis Rex. This kit can be built as either a Knight Preceptor, Canis Rex, Errant, Paladin, Warden, Gallant or Crusader – the weapons are interchangeable and can be used as spares for any other Knight kits you might have. The Knight Preceptor is supplied as 250 components, and includes a Citadel 170mm Oval base, a Citadel 25mm Round base for the pilot on foot, and a transfer sheet featuring heraldry for Imperial Knights and heraldry specific to Canis Rex.
Cadia's officer class are exceptional leaders, serving in perhaps the Imperium's most outstanding regiments. Trained to be the very best and surrounded by a cadre of hand-picked guards and aides, these uncompromising veterans expect no less from the troops under their command. The Cadian Commander is armed with your choice of a laspistol, bolt pistol, or plasma pistol in one hand, and a chainsword, power sword, or power fist for the other. Each of the accompanying Veterans is equipped differently – one field medic with a lasgun and medi-pack, one vox operator with a laspistol and master vox system, one bodyguard with a laspistol and your choice of chainsword, power sword, or power fist, and one standard bearer carrying a lasgun alongside a regimental standard. The bodyguard and banner bearer can each instead be built as weapons specialists, armed with your choice of a flamer, grenade launcher, meltagun, or plasma gun.The kit includes even more cosmetic choices to make your Command Squad stand out, like magnoculars, slung and stowed weapons, three finials for the regimental standard, and loads of different head and basing options than can be mixed and matched around the squad – enough to ensure that each Command Squad in your army looks like the unique veterans they are. This kit comprises 123 plastic components, and is supplied with 5x Citadel 28.5mm Round Bases.
