Description
Sponge insert for wide paint pots for Portable Paint Station and citadel paint carry case | GSW Paint Station | miniature painting station.
Foam Holder for Wide Paint Bottles
Expand the compatibility of your Green Stuff World Portable Painting Station with this foam holder, specially designed to accommodate paint bottles wider than the standard 17/18 ml sizes. This accessory allows you to organize and transport paints, pigments, effects, and other modeling products in larger-diameter containers more safely, keeping your kit compact, tidy, and ready to paint anywhere.
This foam insert for wide paint bottles is ideal for users who work with different paint brands and sizes, including 12 ml and 24 ml Citadel or Warhammer Colours pots, 10 ml and 23 ml Tamiya paints, as well as 30 ml bottles of pigments, special effects, washes, liquid textures, or other hobby supplies. Thanks to its larger compartments, the bottles are held more securely within the station, reducing movement during transport and allowing quick access to the colors and effects you use most often.
Unlike the standard foam inserts included by default with the portable painting station, these are designed to hold a wider variety of paints in larger cans. It’s a practical solution for miniature painters, modelers, wargamers, and hobbyists who use a mix of acrylic paints, enamels, lacquers, pigments, and effects from different manufacturers.
The holder is made of lightweight, flexible foam, with cutouts tailored to hold larger-diameter containers without damaging the labels or making it difficult to remove the bottles. Its design allows you to replace or supplement the station’s original foam inserts, offering a more personalized setup depending on the type of paints you use for each project.
This accessory is especially useful for those who use the station as portable equipment for tournaments, workshops, painting classes, get-togethers with friends, in-store demonstrations, or painting sessions outside their usual workshop. Instead of carrying wide cans loose inside the drawers, you can keep them upright, visible, and protected, making better use of the station’s interior space.
The foam insert for wide cans allows you to prepare a selection of colors and effects before each painting session: base colors, washes, contrasts, inks, pigments, and effects such as rust, mud, blood, oil, snow, weathering, or technical products. This way, you can carry only what you need for each project without wasting time searching for paint cans inside the box or reorganizing your workbench.
This product has been designed as a compatible accessory for Green Stuff World’s Portable Paint Station, maintaining the philosophy of compact organization, convenient transport, and maximum utility in the smallest possible space. It’s perfect for those who already own the station and want to adapt it for wider paint bottles, or for those who want a more versatile setup right from the start.
