Black Chrome Paint Black Chrome is alcohol-based and it has been designed to create a mirror-like effect that imitates the reflection of a chrome surface. This type of paint is designed to be used with an airbrush only and should be applied to glossy surfaces, preferably black or very dark, in order to achieve the desired effect. It is important to note that a matte base or light colors will not allow a mirror-like reflection. If inks or varnishes are added on top, the mirror effect may be reduced or lost. Once it has been applied and allowed to dry completely, it may be necessary to polish the surface with a soft brush, sponge, ear swab, or cloth to enhance and highlight the mirror reflections. Set Metal Filters Transparent acrylic filters with a metallic finish that allow to modify and metalize the color they cover. Apply on top of other flat, metallic, or colorshift colours. The Colour Forge Matt spray offers exceptional coverage and quality without the price tag. Using a tried and tested formula this product is on par with the best in the industry. Presented in a 500ml rattle can (25% more than other brands on the market!). For the best results: Shake the can thoroughly for 5 minutes. Pour warm water over the body of the can to bring it up to room temperature. Repeat until all paint is warmed through. Hold spray 12 inches from the model and use short passes over the uncovered areas until the model is covered After use, rotate the can so it is upside down and spray until clear, this reduced the chance of nozzle blockages.

Newsh is our latest mixing medium that provides the perfect alternative to oil and enamel washes and filters! Newsh is a non-toxic, water-based way to apply all sorts of weathering effects to your models without the nasty toxic solvents that are usually necessary. Just dilute and clean with water!  Newsh mixes with any of our other Pro Acryl paints to create any color you like. Simply paint on the model and then remove from areas you don't want the weathering to be as heavy. It's long dry time is the magic, allowing you to play around to get the effects just right before leaving it to dry. Once it dries (usually about 15 minutes or so depending on how much medium you use and leave on the model), it's ready to paint right over the top. No need for varnish or other top coats, as Newsh won't reactivate. Met een kwast of airbrush aanbrengen. De verf droogt dekkend op (dus niet als een wash ink als aquarelverf) op oppervlakten maar gaat zich vooral hechten in groeven, hoeken, diepte, gaatjes, oneffenheden etc. Een bijzondere goede kwaliteit verf. Elk flesje heeft 17ml inhoud. Verdund of onverdund gebruiken op allerlei soorten ondergrond. Eventueel bij teveel verdund gebruik kan er nog een laag aangebracht worden. Droogt mat op.
