Spectre Operations is a brand new system that has been redesigned from the ground up to provide the most comprehensive rules for wargames set in the modern era on the tabletop. Drawing on the success of our free Quick Play guide, we've adopted its layout and wording for improved clarity throughout the main rules (You’ll now find the Stress rules much less Stressful!). The game structure has been adjusted, and some rules have been revised. While the core mechanics remain the same, turns now offer more options with fewer steps. Key Changes: Key Rule Changes in Spectre Operations Command & Control: Commanders: Now more crucial, generating an additional Momentum and possessing a new Action to bank Momentum for future turns. Escalations: Called in using an Action by anyone with Long Range Comms. They are streamlined, more varied for both trained and untrained forces, and now free, making them highly impactful. Psychological Realism & Unit Contrast: Stress Tests: Clarified with expanded 8-point Stress tables. Distinct Stress Result Tables for Untrained and Trained Elements emphasize psychological realism and unit contrast. New Stress Outcomes: Include Disarray, Collapse, System Shock, and Combat Fatigue. Environmental & Situational Awareness: Alertness & Detection: Overhauled and clarified for fighting in the dark. Deployment: Expanded and clarified to define where and when Elements may be deployed. Smoke: Dedicated definition with new rules for CS gas and White Phosphorus. Vehicles & Force Building: Vehicle Engagement: Penetration and engagement rules are clarified and defined. Vehicle Crews are now more important. Force Builders: Task Force and Militia force builders redesigned from the ground up, with a focus on cost balance and clearer structure. Vehicles: Rules for Engaging Vehicles, Armour Penetration, and other vehicle-related mechanics have been significantly clarified.

Skirmish Warfare Across the Ages of Kings, Emperors, and Dictators  Out of Time brings skirmish-level combat to three distinct historical eras, Medieval (1066–1500), Colonial (1775–1865), and World War II (1939–1945), all powered by the core mechanics of Spectre Operations. If you're a seasoned Spectre Operations player, the system will feel familiar, though you'll find new mechanics for Orders and Formations that are essential to learn. In this 140+ page rulebook, Commanders and Officers can issue Orders to their Elements, granting tactical advantages. These Orders allow Elements to carry out limited Actions without using Momentum, and can organize troops into Formations to unlock further battlefield benefits. The game is designed for forces of 5–50 models per side, making it ideal for casual sessions playable in an afternoon. Larger games are certainly possible, though they will demand more time and preparation. This system is designed to be Miniatures agnostic (miniatures shown courtesy of Perry Miniatures)- meaning that players can get started with their existing collections!

Aftermath is a tactical tabletop skirmish game set in a hostile, post-disaster Zone where survival depends on grit, precision, and endurance. The game uses a D100 system for all major tests, combat, stealth and survival, creating high tension where every roll matters. Characters are defined by detailed stat lines (Mobility, Close Combat, Ballistics, Awareness, Reflex, Intelligence, and Fatigue) rated from 1–100. An average person sits around 40, while hardened operators can push beyond 70. Turns are structured around Mobility-based actions, with fatigue and encumbrance steadily grinding characters down. Combat is deadly and granular: players measure ranges, apply modifiers, and roll for hit location, penetration, and lethality. Firefights can end in a single well-placed shot or devolve into weapon malfunctions, suppression, and morale collapse. Close combat is equally brutal, using opposed rolls to parry, dodge, or strike killing blows. Models must also contend with the Zone itself. Hazards, radiation, anomalies, hunger, exhaustion, and battlefield chaos constantly pressure survivors. Fatigue accumulates from sprinting, fighting, and injury, dragging down stats until rest or treatment.
