Large L ruins, on the other hand, are typically glued in a single orientation and can be used as either a left or right L simply by rotating the entire piece 180° when placing it on the table. For maximum flexibility and to always have every possible layout combination available, we recommend purchasing 6 additional Large L ruins and assembling them in the opposite orientation to your first 6. Each ruin is fully pre-painted by elves with a high level of detail, featuring neutral sci-fi tones and weathering effects that fit any Warhammer 40k army and battlefield theme—after assembly, they’re ready to play straight out of the box. These matched play ruins require a simple initial assembly, for which we recommend PVA glue. This adhesive works especially well with MDF wood and ensures strong but flexible joints, ideal for repeated folding.
