Elias Hayden Gold is a cousin associated with the Peaky Blinders and an expert falconer and all round good fellow with a soft spot for all kinds of animals. He acquired Perkins, a red-tailed hawk, as a chick and is very calm and educational at suggestions Perkins is a vulture.  The Birdman may use Perkins once per scene as a legendary ability. The Bagman may join any gang. Jimmy Vince is a professional, a discreet courier who just gets paid. The Bagman has deep pockets and knows how to use them to influence the outcome of a skirmish. Well now nobody overlooks them, they’re a force to be reckoned with. Using a mixture of persuasion and violence they have people everywhere, often working under the surface they are the crucial cogs in every part of society.
