We wargamers are nothing if not predictable, so, considering this month’s freebie frame giveaway, you will of course expect that quote from the film Zulu:
“Zulus, thousands of ’em” – that’s what we’re giving away with this issue of Wargames Illustrated magazine. But not just Zulus: there are Redcoats and British Cavalry as well – hundreds of ’em.
On the Zulu frame, you will find 71 dynamic figures, including charging, shooting and casualty poses – plus a cow! The British Army frame features Redcoats and their Natal Native allies, while the smaller British Cavalry frame contains four different types of British and allied horsemen.
We are sure you will agree that the design and production of these brand-new Black Powder Epic models represent another step forward for this fantastic range of miniatures.
Inside the magazine, you will find supporting content for your new models, including an interview with Warlord head honcho and Anglo-Zulu War buff John Stallard, a scenario by Anglo-Zulu War author Chris Peers, and a model-making showcase by our own Matt Parkes.
We will ship random colour sprue - in store you can choose your colour sprue
